OUR CAMPS

Football camps that focus on the development of each individual child. Whether your child is new to football or has played for while, these camps are for their improvement and enjoyment.  Camps are for both boys and girls and run each day from 9am - 4pm (drop off from 8:30am for no extra charge). Spaces on our football camps are purposely limited to maintain strong ratios of children to each coach, so that each child gets a strong amount of individual coaching throughout the day.

Our Method

1:14 Ratios

To ensure every child receives the attention and care of each Academy coach, we limit our group sizes to 14 children. This ensures personalised coaching for your child as well as small sided games, with lots of touches of the ball and opportunity to practice and improve.

Ball at feet

We aim to always have a ball at your child's feet during their time at Venture Camps. Ensuring lots of contact with the football guarantees they get the most from their time with us, not only for their development but also their enjoyment.

Our Coaches

We pride ourselves in our coaching staff. As qualified PE teachers, PE Specialists and FA qualified coaches, we have experience in teaching and coaching to help your child develop and enjoy his experience playing.

+ Girls only session 5.00-6.00pm also

For all children ages 5-9 years old, our Wednesday night coaching has two groups (boys and girls), with our girls only session giving girls the opportunity to learn and develop, especially if new to the game.

Saturday

Sandgate Primary School

9:30-11:00 for ages 5-11
10:00-11:00 for ages 3-5

Currently held at the Folkestone Academy 4G, our hour and half session allows children the time to receive coaching, learn and develop their skills and practice this in a 30 min match at the end. We're proud to say that this football coaching club has now been running for over 20 years on a Saturday morning. Sessions will return to Sandgate Primary School on the 13th May.
